EXCHANGE POLICY

If a product you purchased from our site is defective, you must contact us via the contact page on our site within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this, the defective product you send to us via the shipping company will be exchanged for a new one. If the defect of the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product will not be exchanged. As exchange conditions, practices under the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The seller company, www.feyzciftligi.com, allows you to request a cancellation of your order and withdraw from the purchase after the payment for the product has been made, but before it is handed over to cargo. Otherwise, if you do not withdraw from the sale before the product is shipped on the same day, the cancellation process cannot be completed. The return process will take place after you receive the product.
