EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us via the contact page on our website within 7 days of the delivery date. Following this information, the defective product, which you send back to us via the shipping company, will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product will not be exchanged. The exchange conditions are based on the practices stipulated in the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Since our products are shipped without breaking the cold chain, returns are not accepted.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The seller, www.feyzciftligi.com, allows you to cancel your order after payment has been made but before the product is shipped. Otherwise, if you do not cancel the order before the product is shipped, the cancellation process cannot be completed. The return process will be completed after the product reaches you. To cancel your order, please call +90 224 685 40 30 or send an email to bilgi@feyzciftligi.com before 4 PM on the same day, providing your order details.

If one or more items are cancelled due to stock issues or other reasons, and the total order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the cancellation, a shipping fee will be applied.
